Bayou City Water Restoration provides emergency water, mold, fire, sewage, and storm damage restoration services across Katy, the west Houston suburbs (Fulshear, Cinco Ranch, Cane Island, Sugar Land, Richmond, Cypress), and Houston. We work to IICRC S500 and S520 standards. The relationship between us and you for restoration work begins when you sign our work authorization on-site.
Typical response is 45 minutes or less inside our Katy and west Houston service area. In catastrophic events (regional flooding, multi-day freezes, tropical systems), response times can extend. We always answer the call; we make no warranty that we can be physically on-site within any specific window during a regional event.
We document losses to insurance-carrier standards and bill carriers directly when the loss is covered. We are not a "preferred vendor" for any insurance company — we work for you. Final coverage decisions are between you and your carrier.
