Bayou City owner Neil Walker in a white Tyvek PPE protective suit outside the Sealy Texas Post Office during a remediation job

About

I started Bayou City after watching too many contractors disappear after the deposit cleared.

I'm Neil Walker. I founded Bayou City Water Restoration because I'd watched too many homeowners get burned by contractors who showed up, took the deposit, and disappeared. The work we do is straightforward when you actually do it: pick up the phone, get there fast, document everything for the adjuster, finish the job, stand behind it.

I'm IICRC certified. My crew is trained on S500 (water) and S520 (mold) protocols. We speak Xactimate fluently, which means your insurance carrier gets the packet they expect in the format they expect — and you don't end up fighting your own insurance company.

If your kitchen has two inches of water at 11pm, we're the ones who answer. That's the company. Call me.
