This is the rare service where the “before” photo is private and the “after” photo is what matters. We document for insurance carriers where coverage applies (vacant-property restoration is sometimes covered under specific dwelling endorsements), and we coordinate quietly with family members, estate executors, or property managers who are usually the ones calling us.

Who pays
Coverage varies more here than on any other service we run. Some homeowners policies respond, some do not, and estate or property-management situations often fund the work directly. We document the same way regardless, so if there is a claim to make you have what you need to make it.
